Foster hybrid, interactive, and student‐centred learning environments that fully leverage digital technologies and artificial intelligence. Advance assessment practices to better align with intended learning outcomes and competencies, while promoting the responsible and ethical use of digital and AI tools.

Priority Projects :
•    Establish a clear framework for the development of online and hybrid courses across all programs. 
•    Integrate artificial intelligence into learning and assessment practices.
•    Raise students’ awareness of the responsible and critical use of AI tools.
•    Support and promote research in educational technology and artificial intelligence.

Technological Innovation, Infrastructure, Equipment, and Digital Solutions

Provide a modern, flexible, and responsible digital infrastructure that supports pedagogical innovation, research, and administrative activities. Assess and deploy digital and artificial intelligence solutions in a targeted manner, while incorporating ethical, sustainability, and equity considerations.

Priority Projects :
•    Modernize digital infrastructure and equipment (innovation labs, hybrid teaching spaces, etc.).
•    Ensure efficient and streamlined management of digital resources and service requests.
•    Select and deploy relevant and responsible AI solutions.

Ecosystem, Communities, and Outreach

Develop a vibrant and collaborative digital ecosystem that promotes knowledge sharing, the dissemination of best practices, and the visibility of digital initiatives. Strengthen HES‐SO Geneva’s position as a recognized local and international leader in the fields of digital technologies and artificial intelligence.

Priority Projects :
•    Provide a collaborative digital platform for sharing resources, projects, best practices, and expertise related to digital technologies and AI.
•    Organize regular events to foster exchanges and collaboration across schools.
•    Create and facilitate communities of practice.
•    Promote HES‐SO Geneva’s expertise in digital technologies and AI among public‐sector partners (including government institutions) and on the international stage.
